You buy a defined share of the land on which a tower will be built, together with the right to a flat of the stated size in that tower. Before booking, our team shows you the land documents, your share, the building plan and the registration process in writing.

Our housing estate and five towers are in Madinanagar, Kanchpur (Hakimun Nafs Housing). Samamana Tower is at Rasulbag, and Maskan and Makka Green towers are at Sanarpar, Siddhirganj, all in Narayanganj. Our office is in Sanarpar, Demra, Dhaka.

Plots of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 katha. Every plot has its own access road, and the estate has a mosque and madrasa, sewerage and a security perimeter.

Flat land shares are on sale in Hakimun Nafs Tower (1,600+ sq ft, 4 bedrooms), Maskan Safa Tower (1,280+ sq ft), Maskan Tower (1,360+ sq ft) and Makka Green Tower (1,350+ sq ft), all with 3 bedrooms or more, 3 bathrooms and balconies.

Lifts (two in the larger towers), car parking, an electric substation, a generator, round-the-clock CCTV and security guards.
